The desktop agent is programmatically restricted from capturing raw keystroke contents, typed passwords, emails, messages, screen captures, or webcam/microphone inputs. It only logs the total volume of keystrokes/clicks and active window headers.
Yes. The platform is designed specifically to meet South Africa's POPIA requirements. It features clear transparency, records logs only during active shift tracking, automatically pauses telemetry during breaks, and obtains employee consent during the desktop setup process.
Any new registration starts with a full-access 3-day trial. The trial is limited to 1 Admin and 2 Employee seats. Once the trial expires, the desktop agent blocks logging, and the admin dashboard will guide you to complete a subscription upgrade via PayPal.
